When do I pay for membership?
Membership is $129 per month with no free trial. Joining the early-access list does not start a subscription or collect payment details. After your business is configured, approved for messaging and tested, we send your secure checkout link. Your first $129 payment is taken when you complete that checkout, and your subscription renews monthly until canceled. We do not ask you to pay while setup is pending. Manage billing / Cancel subscription.
How do I cancel?
Manage billing / Cancel subscription. Enter the email you used at checkout, open the secure link Stripe emails you, select your subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. No phone call or cancellation survey required. Complete the cancellation and check the confirmation and end date shown in Stripe. Cancel anytime before your next renewal to avoid that charge. Cancellation stops the next renewal; service continues through the paid period’s end date shown in Stripe. For help, email [email protected].
What is your refund policy?
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days. Duplicate or incorrect charges are reviewed individually. This policy is subject to applicable law. For help, email [email protected].
What happens if a payment fails?
You have seven days from the first failed subscription payment to update your card and resolve payment. We send reminders during that period. If payment remains unresolved, we pause CatchTheJob messaging while preserving ordinary business calls.
Can I keep my current business number?
We will review your number and call-forwarding options during setup. Compatibility depends on your current phone provider and configuration.
Can my customers text a photo after I miss their call?
Yes. After an unanswered call, the greeting offers press 1 to request a text. Your customer can reply with their name, job ZIP, a short description and optional photos. You review the conversation before calling back. Callers can choose voicemail instead.
Does CatchTheJob book or perform the job?
CatchTheJob collects inquiries and job details. You decide whether to take the job, provide an estimate, and schedule the work.
Where do replies and photos go?
The planned pilot setup uses email alerts that direct you to the conversation in your web dashboard. Photos stay with that conversation; they are not promised as email attachments.
Can my office manager see the leads?
We review who needs access during setup, including your office manager. Access and alerts are configured for your own business.
How quickly will I receive a lead?
Timing depends on call routing, messaging delivery, and the customer’s reply. We will measure the full flow during the pilot rather than promise an untested delivery time.
Can I change the intake questions?
Our starting intake asks for a name, job ZIP code, and a short job description, with optional photos. Tell us what your team needs during setup; we will agree any changes together.
